This page serves as an entry point for the new version 4 of Diamond, our outstanding molecular and crystal structure visualization software. This version has been released on October 28, 2014.

The beta version is not more available and will expire on October 31, 2014 anyway.

The "New functions" page gives you an overview of the new features (as compared with previous version 3.x) of Diamond version 4. Please note that some of the listed functions will not yet appear in version 4.0 but will be released in later minor updates 4.1, 4.2 etc. These minor updates are free-of-charge for customers of Diamond 4.0.

You can get an overview of version 4, including many screen shots with the "Feature tour". The feature tour will be regularly updated during the next months.

A "Developer blog" informs you about the forthcoming of version 4.x development of minor updates 4.1, 4.2, etc.
